in 2012, Courtney Mullin founded Mullin Management, a boutique entertainment management company that specializes in brand extension, production, podcast development, live performance and career planning.

Courtney began her career in MTV's casting department, discovering future celebrities and helping to create the famously-electric environment at the channel's flagship program, Total Request Live. Courtney quickly moved up the ranks to Producer, using that position to develop and direct some of the most memorable segments in TRL's decade long run.

From TRL, Courtney went on to co-create and co-Executive Produce TLC's hit show Long Island Medium which was one of the highest-rated programs on the network. Courtney most recently co-created and Produced Theresa Caputo Raising Spirits on Lifetime.

 

With 25 years of TV production experience in her back pocket, Courtney has been able to combine her vast knowledge of the industry's inner workings with the personal and professional needs of all those she represents to build a successful company that works tirelessly for its valued clients.
